Whether we notice it or not we’re all experiencing a major physiological shift as shorter days and decreasing melatonin throw-off our circadian rhythm. The winter solstice is coming and has already been lengthening nights. So, how do “you” deal with the change? Local writer Ellen Blum Barish shares her revelation.
