As a one-time volunteer with Dalit Solidarity, I would like to encourage anyone interested to look into the organization's structure and staff. I was immensely disappointed by the leadership, or lack there of, which in my experience damaged the children involved with this organization. I encourage anyone interested in Dalit rights to look towards more responsible organizations for their involvement.
