Art Patron, Hello Beautiful!
Bob Berger is the controversial art patron and real estate investor who owns the Fine Arts Building on S. Michigan Ave. and the Flat Iron Arts Building in Wicker Park. Frequently in and out of the news over the years, Berger's latest controversy comes as plans have been unveiled to open a Bank of America in the Flat Iron Arts Building, replacing the popular coffee shop Filter and the Swank Frank hot dog joint.
Berger is the Hello! Fellow for July 1, 2007.
