Food, Eight Forty-Eight

David Hammond has been a moderator of LTHForum.com, the Chicago culinary chat site, since its inception in 2004 and continues to manage this online community. He is a regular contributor of food reviews and articles for Time Out Chicago and Chicago Reader, for which he wrote a seven-part series on the traditional foods of Mexican regions such as Jalisco, Oaxaca and Michoacan. During the summer of 2007, David was featured on Good Morning, America, Chicago Tonight, and Nippon TV preparing a number of recipes using seasonal cicadas.
