 Director of National Intelligence McConnell says he wants more authority to spy on electronic communication in the US. We'll discuss plans for expanded surveillance and the updated FISA bill.  It'll provide greater executive authority to bypass judicial oversight and give retroactive immunity to telephone companies who went along with illegal requests for data.
