Taste a world of food in one evening! 

Celebrate Chicago's food heritage with Tony Sarabia, The Morning Shift, and five outstanding chefs representing multiple ethnic traditions from different neighborhoods across the city. Sample traditional Polish, an Indian Curry and Soul Food from the South Side, just to name a few–all made with select Goose Island beer and fresh ingredients from Whole Foods Market. Tony will host lively discussions with local food bloggers and personalities as well as live music and audience participation. At the end of it all, you choose which neighborhood and food is the best! 

*Ras Dashen will represent Ethiopian food and the north side
*Tank Noodle is on for Vietnamese and Chinese dishes
*Restaurant Staropolska is on for award winning Polish cuisine
Borinquen, out of Humboldt Park, will bring us authentic Puerto Rican dishes
* Munch - vegetarian fare from Oak Park
