Women and children face extraordinary challenges as they find themselves widowed or orphaned and without food. We hear from Rose Ayuma Moon, founder of Vumilia. The grass-roots women’s group that helps families affected by HIV and AIDS in western Kenya. Moon tells us why she founded Vumilia and the counseling and support work she does for women and orphans in her community. |
