Frisbee Friday: A lot of nothing

 Happy Frisbee Friday, everyone.

In light of our light week, tossing a bit of nothing your way:

3.  Remember to make time/space for thinking and just being.  I have found that it is imperative to consciously, intentionally and regularly disconnect from the chatter and demands of the internet, smart phones, etc.  Think of it this way: Being connected this way keeps one in a constant state of REACTION. But with those same exact 8 letters (and same exact amount of time) you can turn it into one of the most rewarding states of mind:
