Thursday Foodie Forecast: Want to go to Japan (in spirit)?

On Sunday Feb. 28, Chef Laurent Gras of L20 will attempt to whisk his guests off to Japan with a Kaiseki-inspired, 14-course meal paired with sake & wine in the Tatami room.

Dinner will be presented by servers dressed in kimonos and features small dishes - mainly seafood - served in both raw and cooked preparations, followed by sweet and savory dishes and specialty desserts. Sommelier Chantelle Pabros will select a sake or wine to complement each course.

Dinner costs $250 per person and reservations are required.
