Friday on Eight Forty-Eight is all about the laughs. First, Annoyance Theater founder Mick Napier drops by with executive producer Jennifer Estlin to talk about the theater's 25-year anniversary. They'll share their insight on how to keep an independent theater afloat without losing your sense of humor.

Next up is comedian Greg Proops of Whose Line is it Anyway? fame. Proops, who performs stand-up tonight at Zanies comedy club, also works in TV, film and improv. His podcast is called The Smartest Man in the World.

Throughout the hour, we'll hear the major headlines from Andrew Francis, as he plays blues guitar and the harmonica.
