You may not recognize Neil Hamburger and Tim Heidecker, but they're two of the funniest guys in comedy.

Heidecker is one half of comedy duo Tim and Eric alongside Eric Wareheim, creating Tom Goes to the Mayor and hosting Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job! on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim. He also appeared with Wareheim in Tim and Eric's Billion Dollar Movie, and had a blink-and-you'll-miss-it solo role in the hit film Bridesmaids.

Hamburger is actually the grumpy, acerbic character of comedian Gregg Turkington. Self-proclaimed as "America's Funnyman", Turkington relentlessly tours the country as Hamburger, taking on celebrities, his (fictional) ex-wife and even the interviewer and audience in his act. He's appeared in character on Tim and Eric's show, Tom Green's internet show and even his own internet show, Poolside Chats with Neil Hamburger. His latest comedy album, Live at Third Man, was released earlier this year.

The comedians join Afternoon Shift today to discuss their work on the screen and stage, and how life on the road - they're in Chicago as part of a national tour - is treating them.
