How many cops should the Chicago Police Department employ? Tracy Siska of the Chicago Justice Project recently looked into how many police personnel other major cities employ and found that Chicago has more cops on the streets and more homicides, and joins Eight Forty-Eight Thursday to explain his findings. Then, Tony Sarabia and Richard Steele discuss and play their favorite Chicago songs and talk with Mike Czyzniejewski, whose new book, Chicago Stories, is basically series of what-ifs and mash-ups for Windy City junkies.
