On Thursday's 'Afternoon Shift,' The Break Room features Calexico with the single "Splitter" off their new album Algiers. The album will be released on Septmber 11th and is the band's first album in four years and first with ANTI- Records. The indie-rock duo that fronts the band has been praised for their mix of genres and musical styles from country to jazz. Calexico will be kicking off their tour of the album in Europe but will be making a stop at Chicago's Lincoln Hall on October 15th.
