Welcome to this edition of the Morning Drive Podcast!  In this episode, some high schoolers still have homework, despite the teachers' strike.  No joke.

But first, some news:

The Illinois department of juvenile justice is not going to spend money to fight a lawsuit filed this week by the American Civil Liberties Union in Chicago.
