2013 marks the 30th anniversary of Harold Washington's historic mayoral victory. Join us for a lively panel discussion about the 1983 election moderated by Chicago Sun-Times Columnist and ABC-7 Chicago's Political Analyst Laura S. Washington.

Professor Timuel D. Black, Jr., historian and civil rights activist
Helen Shiller, former Alderman for the 46th Ward and community activist
