The second of two morning panels recorded, this focus on Metro News aimed to address: What beats are strong? and When should you pitch a beat reporter verses an assignment editor? The panel included: Don Hayner of the Chicago Sun-Times, Miriam Lopez Salinas of Telemundo Channel 44, Cate Cahan of Chicago Public Radio, and Carlos Hernandez Gomez of CLTV.
