Picture a Saturday night, the mood is right, you’re feeling good, and you turn off the lights. Maybe you have that much fun every Saturday night. But if you dim the bulbs this Saturday you’ll be doing it for a cause. Earth Hour takes place on March 26 at 8:30 p.m.

Countries around the world will kill the lights to preserve a few watts of energy for the environment. But being environmentally sound lasts more than just a night for some people. Some make it their day to day mission. Like Ethan Spotts. Ethan’s the Director of Marketing and Communications at the Active Transportation Alliance. Active Trans encourages everyone to find environmentally sound ways to get around. He joined Eight Forty-Eight to share his plans for the weekend as part of the The Weekly Guide.
