Tahera Ahmad was named Northwestern University's first Muslim chaplain.
In 2010, Northwestern University appointed its first Muslim chaplain. Tahera Ahmad was tapped to work with the school’s Muslim population and cultivate interfaith relations on campus. She was featured in the documentary The Calling, which explores young leadership across different faiths.
Tahera Ahmad joined Eight Forty-Eight to talk about her role at Northwestern.
