Jean-Claude Brizard is just one of many new Chicago Public Schools officials Mayor-elect Rahm Emanuel named on Monday. The district now has a permanent Chief Education Officer, after a long period without one. And there will be a new President and Vice President at the Chicago Board of Education, which provides oversight for CPS.
