Jury selection began on Wednesday in the retrial of former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich.

On Wednesday the retrial of Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich began with jury selection. The former governor was arrested in 2008, then subsequently impeached and tried.

Eight Forty-Eight took a look at some highlights from the ongoing legal saga – which has more than a few hints of political theater. Host Alison Cuddy then turned to WBEZ Criminal Justice Reporter Robert Wildeboer to find out what to expect in the retrial.
