Following his inauguration, Mayor Emanuel held an open house at City Hall.

Rahm Emanuel begins his first full day as the 46th mayor of Chicago on Tuesday. But along with the perks of the 5th floor office, Emanuel inherits big problems and huge expectations.

Thousands of people showed up to see him take oath at Millennium Park on Monday. They later followed him to an open house at City Hall.
