On Monday, Chicago welcomed its first new mayor in more than two decades. Rahm Emanuel is usually the man behind the man. But somewhere between the children’s choir, poetry and diverse blessings, it became clear Mayor Emanuel was the main event. Chicago’s new mayor spoke for about 25 minutes, but what did he say?
