Recent weather has many Chicagoans asking: "What is up with the weather?" Last winter served the city one of the worst snow storms on record. And though summer is mere weeks old Chicago's already experienced heat advisories, golf-ball-sized hail and Monday’s tornado-like winds. This week's storm came and went quickly but hundreds of thousands around the area are still without power.
