With the NFL lockout finally at an end, the Bears can report for preseason training.

The gears finally changed for football fans--the National Football League owners and the Players Association signed-off on a collective bargaining agreement, ending the four-and-a-half month lockout that threatened the nation’s Sundays and beer sales. Now it’s time to sign some free agents and get to camp. But before the Bears spend all its dough, Eight Forty-Eight's regular sports enthusiast Cheryl Raye-Stout surveyed the field.
