Moammar Qaddafi still poses a danger for Libya and the world, says the head of the Libyan rebels. President Obama stresses cautious optimism in the aftermath of major military operations in Libya. Many experts and observers believe the Libya mission is the beginning of a so-called "Obama Doctrine."
