Abu ‘Asim is an olive oil producer from 'Asira Al Shamaliya. He works with Canaan Fair Trade.

Palestine has a small but strong community of sustainable farmers who harvest olive oil, honey, almonds, tahini, cous cous and more. But year after year, politics complicates the harvest.
