Wisconsin constituents are in the process of submitting petitions to recall Gov. Scott Walker.

Tuesday is the deadline for Wisconsin constituents to submit signatures to recall Gov. Scott Walker. Recall supporters started gathering signatures two months ago. So that means opponents of that effort will soon begin scouring the rolls to see how many names can be disqualified.

Wisconsin Public Radio statehouse reporter Shawn Johnson gave Eight Forty-Eight's Tony Sarabia the background on the recall effort, and Bill Wasser, Sauk County Coordinator for A United Wisconsin to Recall Walker, explained why his group is seeking to recall the Governor.

Eight Forty-Eight invited Gov. Walker to join the conversation but he was unavailable. A representative from the Wisconsin Republican Party was also unavailable.
