AUSL: Turning Around Chicago Public Schools
March 3, 2010
Chicago is at the epicenter of a school reform strategy that's being taken nationwide. It's called “The turnaround.” Those who favor the model say sometimes it's the only fix for chronically low-performing schools. AUSL is a nonprofit teacher training academy that works to turn around schools in Chicago. WBEZ education reporter Linda Lutton talks with the Executive Director Dr. Donald Feinstein.
