Graphic novel 'Heart Transplant' sends a message to bullies.

According to social worker Zak Mucha, it isn’t enough to tell bullies to stop or victims that it will get better.

Mucha works on Chicago’s North Side where he’s spent a lot of time working with people who have been bullied. Now, he’s co-authored a graphic novel on the subject called "Heart Transplant." Eight Forty-Eight spoke to Mucha about the new novel and the recent chatter surrounding bullying.

For more on the book and bullying, you can catch Zak in-person Wednesday evening at The Book Cellar in Chicago’s Lincoln Square neighborhood.
