Genetic Science and Art
August 12, 2007
IHC/file
This program introduces the concept of genetics and the material used to convey information that determines traits and characteristics, so that audiences gain an awareness of genetic replication, transcription, and translation of genetic information into proteins. Once a basic understanding of key scientific processes is reached, Dr. Gray shows examples of "Genetic Art" to demonstrate accessibility and integration of science and genetics in everyday life.
