Elke Kroeger-Radcliffe is Founder and Leader of Tikondane Community Centre. Since arriving over 13 years ago to Katete â€” a small town in the Eastern Province of Zambia â€” Elke believes in providing a loving attitude and positive outlook to all she encounters.
Tikondane sponsors a community school, adult education programs, and various income generating activities. Tikondane also sponsors eco-tourism that promotes environmentally friendly tourism.
