Mikva Kids Challenge Candidates
February 20, 2007
Hundreds of high school students will serve as election judges during next week's elections.
But they're not the only group getting excited about the democratic process.
High school students met recently at the office of Mikva Challenge, a group focused on getting kids energized about politics.
And though only a few of the students are old enough to vote, they all have opinions on what issues the candidates should address.
They filmed videos directed at the candidates for mayor and alderman that they plan to post on YouTube.
We share the voices of Marcus Smith, Latrice McAdams, Ricky Harris Junior, Samuel Ryan, Michele Williams and Joshua Taylor.
