Supreme Court Strikes Down Chicago's Handgun Ban

The Supreme Court struck down Chicago's handgun ban today. In 2008, justices ruled against a similar ordinance in Washington D.C. To learn a little more about what the ruling means for Chicago residents, we spoke with Patrick Deady. Deady is a partner at Hogan Marren, Ltd. in Chicago, and a former federal prosecutor.
