The U.S. spends more on health care per person than any other country, but we're ranked 42nd in the world for life expectancy. We'll talk about how the U.S. measures up on health, education, and standard of living. Also, we'll look at an index comparing the how international drug companies are improving access to medicine for the world's poor. Then, we'll discuss the political division in Bolivia with an indigenous Methodist bishop.
