WBEZ's Chip Mitchell talks with Carlos Alberto Torres, an accused leader of the Puerto Rican Armed Forces of National Liberation who was released from prison Monday after three decades. We also get analysis on recent student strikes that shut down the University of Puerto Rico for more than two months. Also, Monday, Cubans marked the anniversary of the revolution that put Fidel Castro in power. Earlier this month, Cuba's leadership agreed to release 52 political prisoners.
