The Instituto Cervantes hosts a special preview of the MCA's upcoming performance "El Gallo: Opera for Actors" by Teatro de Ciertos Habitantes with MAVerick Ensemble.  A discussion with British opera composer Paul Barker and Mexican director Claudio Valdés Kuri is moderated by Henry Godinez, resident artistic associate at the Goodman Theatre. "El Gallo: Opera for Actors" runs from April 27 through May 1 at the Museum of Contemporary Art.
