Learn from communications experts and meet journalists at the Making Media Connections conference. One of Community Media Workshop's key events since 1993, our conference is designed for nonprofit communicators, volunteers, and staff who are responsible for telling their group’s story through the news media or other channels. We bring them together with public relations experts, social media leaders, and Chicagoland journalists looking for stories. The conference features three keynote speakers and 18 panels on topics ranging from Chicago's metro news to mobile apps for nonprofits.
