This fall explore the world of music and dance by joining our intimate roundtable conversations with celebrated musicians, choreographers, scholars, and critics. Gain a deeper understanding of the themes and production of three pivotal performances before they premiere in Chicago.
At this talk Northwestern Professor Drew Davies along with acclaimed classical musicians Denis Azabagic and Eugenia Moliner will discuss the music and the myth behind Día de los Muertos, a fascinating holiday dating back hundreds of years and celebrated to this day in Mexico.
This event is organized in collaboration with the Chicago Sinfonietta. A reception with wine will follow the roundtable.
