Join friends and supporters of the Community Media Workshop for a unique panel discussion and reception reviewing Mayor Emanuel's first six months in office. Panelists will be: Richard Barnett, veteran West Side political organizer; Ricardo Muñoz, 22nd Ward alderman; and Don Rose, independent political analyst. The panel will be moderated by longtime City Hall reporter David Stewart, WLS-AM.

A reception will begin at 5 pm; the program starts at 6 pm.

Since 1989 Community Media Workshop has worked to diversify the voices in news and public debates by providing a unique mix of communications coaching for grassroots, arts, and other nonprofit organizations and sourcing grassroots and community news for journalists.
