Tony Mantuano, the award-winning and celebrated chef/partner of the world renowned restaurant Spiaggia, discusses and signs the new updated and revised edition of The Silver Spoon. Chef Mantuano adds his own menu to this new version of one of the most classic and iconic cookbooks of the last 60 years. Mantuano’s wife, co-author and wine expert Cathy Mantuano, will also be on hand to discuss their celebrated cookbook Wine Bar Food, which explores the world of Mediterranean wine and cuisine.
