Battery Operated Systems for Community Outreach (BOSCO) is an all-volunteer not-for-profit group that works to bring internet to isolated rural areas in Northern Uganda and South Sudan. Founder Gus Zuehlke gives Worldview an update on BOSCO's work and how YouTube phenomenon KONY 2012 has affected the the group's work.
