Chicago bus, car collide; several hospitalized

Several people have been taken to hospitals after a car crossed the center lane of a Chicago street and collided with a CTA bus.

Police News Affairs Officer Amina Greer tells The Associated Press that the accident happened around 1:30 a.m. CDT Saturday on South Jeffrey Boulevard. She says the several people on the bus who were taken to hospitals sustained what were believed to be minor injuries. She didn't have a condition on the driver of the car, who also was hospitalized.
