JOLIET, Ill.  — A pastor to Drew Peterson's fourth wife has testified at the former Illinois police officer's murder trial about what Stacy Peterson told him before she went missing in 2007.

The Rev. Neil Schori testified Thursday that she told him Drew Peterson got up from bed, left the house and didn't return until around the time of his third wife's death in 2004. Drew Peterson has pleaded not guilty to killing Kathleen Savio in 2004. He was charged in Savio's death after Stacy Peterson went missing in 2007.

Schori says Stacy Peterson looked frightened and had tears streaming down her cheeks as she spoke at a suburban Chicago coffee shop. He testified Stacy Peterson also said Drew Peterson told her to lie to police.
