'Eight Forty-Eight' looks at Illinois's casinos and whether the state can support expansion.
Illinois opened its first casino in 20 years last month. It was so popular, it caused a major traffic jam on the Tri-State Tollway. Eight Forty-Eight spoke to Kristen McQueary, reporter for WBEZ and the Chicago News Cooperative, who looked at the big picture for casino expansion.
