A trip to Rio with the music of Swing Brasileiro

The carnaval atmosphere takes over Eight Forty-Eight thanks to Chicago-based Brazilian musicians, Swing Brasileiro. They brought us the styles of Samba, Marchinhas and Samba Reggae and more on this Tuesday morning. Band members include Marcos Oliveira (triangle), Dill Costa (cow bells), Marcelo Milhassi (zabumba), Marcia Defoe (shakers) and Tomoko Akiho (accordion and keyboard).
