State Budget: Illinois Vs. Indiana

On the other side of the state financial spectrum lies Indiana. Indiana seems to have a much better handle on its financials – at least compared to Illinois. But that doesn't mean the state doesn't have money issues. WBEZ's reporter for Northwest Indiana, Michael Puente joins us from our bureau in Chesterton.
