Acclaimed climatologist Edouard Bard, Climatologist at the Collège de France, speaks about climate change as well as French efforts to curb human influence on climate. He has received numerous awards for his scientific work, including the Outstanding Young Scientist Award from the European Union of Geosciences.
Edouard Bard holds the Professor chair of "evolution of the climate and ocean" at the prestigious Collège de France located in Aix-en-Provence. Bard participated in an innovative program initiated by the University of Chicago's France-Chicago Center, offering courses by faculty of the world's elite scholarly institutions, such as the Collège de France.
Raymond Pierrehumbert, the Louis Block Professor in Geophysical Sciences at the University of Chicago, also says a few words on "The Next 1000 Years".
