Melissa Severin is originally from Omaha, Nebraska where she spent many summers detasseling corn. She doesn't have a dream job-her dreams do not involve jobs-but she earned her MFA in Poetry from New England College and is managing editor for
Switchback Books. Her poems are forthcoming or have appeared in
Moonlit,
42opus,
Wicked Alice and
Ectoplasmic Necropolis.

Daniel Borzutzky is the author of
The Ecstasy of Capitulation (BlazeVox, 2007) and
Arbitrary Tales (Triple Press, 2005). He is the translator of, among other works, Port Trakl, poems by Jaime Luis HuenĂșn (Action Books, forthcoming) and a special issue on the work of Chilean fiction writer Juan Emar in the
Review of Contemporary Fiction (September, 2007).
