Mobile kitchen on some serious wheels from Ludo Bites

Another year, another four days of impossible-to-snag reservations. While thousands of food professionals from all over the world descended upon our city last weekend to show off their latest wares, I walked the floor a bit to see if anything caught my eye. I loved seeing the serious food trucks, like the one from Ludo Bites (above); you can essentially have your own mobile restaurant for $125,000 (assuming your local government is cool with it).
