Everyone has probably had an experience where they see something at work that just doesn't seem right. In a situation like this, you generally have three options: keep quiet, quit or speak up and try to right the wrong. But when your work is top secret you're way more vulnerable because normal legal protections can be overruled in the interests of secrecy.
